Chief Executive Officer
Omega Ensemble, one of Australia’s leading chamber music ensembles, is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next phase of strategic artistic, audience and philanthropic growth.
As the Ensemble expands its national and international presence, the CEO will lead touring initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and grow philanthropic and donor support.
Working in close partnership with the Board and Artistic Director, the CEO will provide strategic, operational and financial leadership to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organisation while advancing Omega Ensemble’s ambitious artistic vision.
The role offers the opportunity to work at a national and international level, engaging with leading artists, presenters and partners across Australia and abroad.

Marketing and Audience Development Manager
Reports to CEO and Executive Producer
Employment Full-time (38 hrs/week)
Location Sydney, NSW (Remote of flexible-working arrangements will be considered)
Salary Range $70,000 - $84,000 / per annum (plus 12% superannuation)
The Marketing and Audience Development Manager leads the strategic direction, delivery and evaluation of Omega Ensemble’s marketing, communications and audience development priorities.
This role carries primary responsibility for driving audience growth, maximising ticket sales and achieving revenue-generation targets across tours, projects and programs. The role is expected to be highly engaged and involved with the ensemble’s projects. As such, some evening and weekend work at performances or events is required.
