Truth Seekers, Lovers & Warriors

A powerful and joyous close to the 2027 season.

The season finale places cross-cultural collaboration at its heart. ARIA Award-winning Oud virtuoso Joseph Tawadros joins Omega Ensemble, alongside long-time collaborator James Tawadros, for a program that traverses Middle Eastern musical traditions and contemporary chamber brilliance.

Anchored by a major new work - created especially for the Ensemble and the Oud, this centerpiece commission reinforces Omega Ensemble’s ongoing commitment to creating ambitious, living Australian repertoire.

Tawadros’ distinctive compositional voice, kinetic vitality and virtuosic musical energy will fill concert halls from Sydney’s City Recital Hall to Melbourne’s Recital Center and Adelaide’s UKARIA Cultural Centre.

Don’t miss your opportunity to experience this unique program that culminates in the triumphant Truth Seekers, Lovers and Warriors piece - bringing our season of Risk & Radiance to an unforgettable end.
