Following an extensive national search, we are thrilled to announce Michael Napthali as Omega Ensemble’s new Chief Executive Officer.
Bringing extensive strategic expertise to the organisation, Michael is a highly respected senior cultural leader who will guide Omega Ensemble’s long-term plans while championing innovation and engagement.
Michael has worked closely with artists, boards and partners over three decades, with experience across executive roles in the arts, government, philanthropy and screen sectors.
His passion for nurturing creative national talent ensures the Ensemble will continue its commitment to uplifting new Australian artists and music under his leadership.
After celebrating its 20th anniversary last year, ’Australia’s most exciting and forward-thinking ensemble’ (Limelight) are currently touring their national concert season. 2027 signals even more ambitious plans with this new leadership.
